  • 2 teaspoons Knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium avocado, thinly sliced and divided among the servings

Instructions

  1. Pour the chicken bone broth into a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the Knorr tomato bouillon, granulated garlic, paprika, and cumin until combined.
  3. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, drained pinto beans, and drained corn.
