- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

- 1 egg or egg whites
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2-4 tablespoons milk of choice

Instructions
- Spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray.
- Add protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the mug.
- Stir in egg, Greek yogurt, and milk until smooth.
- Microwave for 45 to 75 seconds, depending on your microwave.
- Let it cool for 1 minute before eating. The center should be soft but not raw.
