Instructions
- Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced potatoes. Season with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy. Transfer the potatoes to a plate.
- Add the green beans to the skillet with 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the water has evaporated and the green beans are tender.
- Move the green beans to one side of the skillet. Add the steak bites to the open side and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak for 2 to 3 minutes without stirring. Turn the pieces and continue cooking until browned and cooked to the preferred doneness.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the butter and minced garlic, then toss the steak and green beans for 30 seconds.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet. Sprinkle the Parmesan over everything and toss until evenly coated.
40/400 Notes
- Pat the steak dry before cooking to help it brown.
- Nutrition varies with the cut of sirloin and Parmesan brand.
