Behind the Recipe
All the best parts of a loaded cheeseburger land in one fork-friendly bowl. Air-fried crinkle fries keep it satisfying, while a Greek-yogurt burger sauce brings the drive-through flavor without turning dinner into a calorie ambush.

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer according to its manufacturer instructions.
- Air-fry the Simple Truth crinkle fries without added oil according to the package directions, shaking the basket halfway through, until crisp and golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with half of the garlic powder, the onion powder, salt, and pepper. Break it into crumbles and cook until no pink remains.
- Stir together the Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, smoked paprika, and the remaining garlic powder to make the burger sauce.
- Arrange the romaine, tomato, pickles, crispy crinkle fries, and cooked beef in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with cheddar and drizzle with the burger sauce.
40/400 Notes
- Weigh the frozen fries before cooking for the most consistent serving and nutrition estimate.
- Keep the sauce and hot ingredients separate for meal prep, then assemble after reheating.
- The pickle juice thins the yogurt and gives the sauce a tangy, Big Mac-style burger flavor without mayonnaise.
- Nutrition is approximate and varies by beef, cheese, ketchup, and yogurt brand.
